How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days; Express takes 2–3 days.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're so sorry about that! Please email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund right away — no need to return the damaged item.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, they enter processing and we may not be able to make changes. Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 Standard shipping is $6.99 for orders under $75. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Express (2–3 days) and Overnight (1 day via FedEx Priority) options are also available.
Not happy with your purchase? Our 30-day return policy makes it easy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Email us to start the process and we'll take care of the rest. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
